NO animals and/or pets are allowed at The Cozy Cottage to prevent allergic reactions for other guests, cleaning/maintenance personnel and the hosts. If you bring an animal and/or pet inside The Cozy Cottage, you will be assessed a $100 penalty and will be charged for all incremental cleaning fees. We have had guests board their pets at Petite Paws Pet Hotel in Dubach, LA, and they were satisfied with the care their pets received. As of writing this (August 2021) there are also other listings in Ruston, LA that accept pets. Absolutely NO tobacco or marijuana use in the Cozy Cottage or anywhere on our property. This includes smoking/vaping/shisha. If you smoke/vape/use shisha or use tobacco or marijuana in any way, you will be assessed a $500 penalty and will be charged for all remediation expenses. NO illegal activity of any kind on our property. You will be assessed any citation fee + a $500 fee. If you fail to check out on time without prior written authorization from the hosts to check out late, you will be assessed a $50 penalty. If your late checkout prevents other guests from checking in on-time, you will be charged those following guests’ booking fees. If your noise causes a disturbance such that we, the hosts, receive a citation you will be assessed a $50 penalty and charged for for the amount of the citation.

Make yourself at home among our extended deck, with a glider and picnic table, and our peaceful two acres, which backs up to a creek and includes a tether ball pole and a tree house. Enjoy our blazing fast WiFi for work, study, or play - we’ve got 1 gigabyte per second download internet service. The cottage has a 32" Amazon Fire TV for watching or as an additional display for your devices.
